I started to order my cookbooks. Its humble beginnings with ALINEA by Grant Achatz. His food experience had changed my food credentials. Secondly, THE FAT DUCK COOKBOOK by Heston Blumenthal. His food experience gave me the inception for the World Tour pilgrimage.
